Originally conceived as part of the BEYOND BRUTALISM project, the Push Up Table began as a functional gesture - an object shaped by clarity, materiality, and quiet ingenuity. Over time, it has grown beyond its context, evolving into a standalone series of collectible pieces. Each table is made to order, produced in a limited run of 50, and individually numbered and signed.

The design is guided by a single, confident idea: construction without complication. There are no screws, no fastenings - only form and fit. Each table simply clicks together. The legs press upward through the top, locking into place through tension alone. This upward push - both structural and symbolic - gives the table its name and its presence.

Materially, the series leans into the natural character of wood. Available in ash or oak, each piece can be finished in one of three ways: a clear matte lacquer for honesty and restraint, a stained lacquer for a richer tone, or a pigmented linseed oil that draws out a deeper, more playful expression. The finishes offer variation without excess - each one a quiet shift in atmosphere.

Though minimal in language, the Push Up Table is far from anonymous. Its silhouette is clear, but never severe. It’s an object that speaks softly - through proportion, through precision, through the way it meets the ground. A piece that holds its own, whether alone in a room or in dialogue with space.
